Cutlets with millet


1 cup of millet
1 teaspoon salt
1 bell pepper (red, green, yellow)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon chili peppers
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon oregano
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
1/2 cup of sunflower and pumpkin seeds

Preparation :

Put millets in a saucepan with two glasses of boiling water, add salt, cover with a lid and cook over low heat, without stirring, for about 20 minutes. When the millet is soft, stir and leave to cool completely. Fry peppers, onions and garlic in a pan, blend with the other ingredients and pour into millet. Mix thoroughly. Shape into cutlets. Place them on a baking tray lined with paper and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. After 20 minutes, gently flip the cutlets over and bake for another 20 minutes.
