Delicious Healthy Hot Chocolate!

It is delicious, thick, aromatic and sweet. You can season it with vanilla, cardamom or a pinch of chilli. Combinations are many and each delicious.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup dates
2 cups coconut milk
2 tablespoons butter or almond, hazelnut
4 tablespoons cocoa
cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, ginger

Preparation:

Put the dates in a bowl filled with water so that they are completely covered and let them stand for a few hours or overnight. Mix the soaked dates and water in a blender with the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a pan, add the spices, stir and bring to a boil, occasionally stirring. Pour into cups and serve.
