    After doing a couple of sessions of simple beginner Pilates with Aneta, I could really feel a difference in my muscles and energy levels. My 8 yr old daughter loved it as well! I am keen to keep practicing and learn more and it has inspired me and my family to make lifestyle changes. Thank you Aneta !
